Queen for the Day

Imagine my surprise when Kylie told me she wanted a crown for her birthday. In most respects, she is the opposite of girlie-girl (aside for her love of pink). And so it was - after a visit to Target's toy section, Kylie was Queen for a day. She wanted her party at gymnastics where she did a zip line, foam pit, trampoline, super slide, bounce castle, and bungee cord launch. As pictured above, only the Queen was allowed to do the bungee. After getting securely fastened, the coach stretched her out, and catapulted her to the ceiling. As a self proclaimed "extreme" enthusiast, Kylie was in her element. She was so happy, rocketing around the gym, and flying through the air. After her party, she came down to earth, briefly retiring her crown for some cake. But, I do have a feeling that crown may just resurface once again.
