Kylie was invited to a birthday at Build-A-Bear Workshop. It was her first time to pick and "build" her own stuffed creation. She picked a pink cat - surprisingly the only one in the party to make that selection. She had a lot of fun. At one point in the party, she played a game to guess certain characters (Cinderella, Belle, Snow White, etc..). She had no clue, although the other girls were really quick with the answers. It made me realize that growing up with an older brother has endeared her to the Star Wars genre of movies and characters (and maybe mom needs to read more
fairy tales). As you can see, Jordan and Ryan went along, and hung out looking at all of the selections. This of course bought along its own drama.........Jordan wanted his own animal complete with outfit, shoes, hat, and backpack. Ryan was in a daze, as he had just woken from a nap, and dragged various puppies around (I'm sure the employees loved it.) I told Jordan and Ryan that we'll go back in a couple of weeks for Ryan's birthday so they can get whatever they want (of course, Jordan wants the most expensive "endangered species" animal). For now, Kylie really loves her cat, and we're all looking forward to going back.

My mom got Henry a build a bear and it has this freaky little voice box that says "I love you". Sounds like the old woman from Poltergeist.
The cat is cute. What a nice birthday idea.
Check out those allergic shiners on Ryan. He's probably allergic to molds. Poor guy.
oh, i see your like me. we just take pictures of the kids with the stuffed animals and sneak them back to the shelves if possible! i wouldn't be too worried about those fairytales. those stories are way too violent for kids...like Snow White! the girls don't know those stories either and prefer the boy toys too!
