Kylie at Kindergarten........A new Beginning
Well, my friend Dustin has finally convinced me to start a blog. I have been a stalker on her website for awhile,and am looking forward to starting my own. These kids just grow and change so fast that this is a great way to document "What's New".
These pictures are of Kylie's first day at school. She really loves her teacher, Mrs. Moss, and is proving to be a true academic (her favorite subjects are recess and snack time). She especially loves being able to swing all by herself.
Once (okay, twice) I went to "spy" on her during recess. When I saw her able to swing on her own, it made me a little sad. She always needed me to push her "higher and higher". Now, she is doing it all on her own. In that moment, I realized that my role in her life was changing. Once a constant coach, I am now becoming part of the sidelines. I have never been on the sidelines before, and never a cheerleader, but I'm finally getting my chance.

Oh, we're so happy you have a blog. I'm surprised Dustin hasn't already commented :). Kylie will have so much fun and your time together will be just that more special. Plus you get the added bonus of a little one-on-one time with Ryan. And...maybe a little "free time" when he naps :)

Hey Mindy, when are you goingstart your blog! We are waiting! I was waiting to comment until you had this thing down, and it appears your already a pro! Great pictures. Happy to see one with you in it! Kylie's teacher looks like she could be her grandma since they kind of look alike.
